Our Great Strides Story

My sister Mikenna was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at age 9. Mikenna was a shining beacon of light, happiness and the biggest fighter I'll ever know. Last year, after months of fighting to recover from a double lung and liver transplant, Mikenna peacefully left her body. She never stopped fighting, she never backed down. As her sister, I too will never back down to fighting for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
