Thunder Gun Express is back to raise awareness and funding for cystic fibrosis research!
Our son, Andrew, was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis after an emergency bowel surgery a few days after birth. Last year, Andrew had his 4th surgery, he started his first daily breathing treatment, and began seeing a food aversion therapist. With all that is thrown his way, he lives his life with a smile on his face and a joke waiting to be told.
This is an exceptionally exciting year for us as we await the FDA's approval of Trikafta for CF patients aged 2-5. This medication has been life changing for CF patients around the world. We are excited and anxious for Andrew’s opportunity to try it. Research and trials to develop ground-breaking new drugs like Trikafta would not be possible without donations like yours.
Our annual walk is at the Cleveland Zoo on Saturday May 20. Click on the link to join or donate. Please feel free to share this post to spread awareness.
No hesitation.
No surrender.
No man left behind.
