Hello and thank you for helping me fight for a cure in 24!
I have lived with cystic fibrosis for nearly 57 years and after a recent hospital stay, I was reminded that despite all the fantastic modulators, the ultimate goal of a cure, still needs to be achieved.
Trikafta has allowed so many to improve their lives. I am cautiously optimistic and continue do all my therapies and make sure to move my body and not take this incredible medication for granted. I am, after all, a "senior" member of the cystic fibrosis community
We cannot sit idle, we cannot forget those who are unable to take it, and those like me, with highly resistant bacteria in my lungs.
Let's find a cure in 24 !!
