About CF Cycle for Life

This is our 12th annual Cycle for Life ride, and we are celebrating by offering the option to ride together in-person or participate virtually – your choice. We will still have a virtual component if you would like to join us via a stationary bike, spin studio, or anywhere in the world!

Our in-person cycle event option is to join in a local ride on October 8th hosted by Bikes and Beers at Rocket Frog Brewing Company in Sterling VA.

This ride features a 15, 30, and 45-Mile ride departing from ROCKET FROG BREWING and traveling through the beautiful region of Sterling, VA. All rides will feature morning fuel stations, fully marked routes, GPS turn-by-turn instruction, rest stops with refreshments, ride marshals, and SAG support.

We will finish up and celebrate back at ROCKET FROG for a festival atmosphere of rewarding craft beers, live music, & much more! This is a ride for everyone - all riding levels welcome! The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is the featured charity for this year’s event.

Once you are registered here on the CF Cycle for Life website, please follow the directions below to register and ride in-person with the CF Cycle for Life team:

  • You will receive an email from Mary, who will give you your free code to register for the CFF Cycle for Life Team on the Bikes and Beer Event website once you’ve met your fundraising minimum. Make sure you join the CFF team on the Bikes and Beers website. We will send you the link to join our team.
  • Once the fundraising minimum is achieved, participants will receive a complimentary registration code for the Bikes and Beers event. All cyclists must register for CF Cycle for Life Team at least two weeks prior to event day. On September 24, 2022, the free code will expire.
  • Do not register for the Bikes and Beers event before you receive this email – we cannot refund any costs you incur by not using the code provided.
