Raised: $6,131.14

Goal: $6,000.00

Welcome to my Page

I am excited to announce that on October 12, 2024, I  will be participating again with my amazing Team Cats2 in my local Cystic Fibrosis Cycle of Life event to raise funds for CF research and treatment.
Last year I raised more than $5,500 to combat this devastating disease. My goal is to raise $6,500 and to ride 35 miles again.
Why do I support this cause? In 2015 our daughter was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF), this was the first time we learned of this disease. CF is a genetic disorder that affects the lungs, pancreas, liver, sinuses and other organs.

By participating in CF Cycle for Life, I will give it my all to help rid the world of a disease cutting so many lives short. I am taking my ride to the next level and helping add tomorrows to the lives of people living with cystic fibrosis today. Will you join me?

You can join me in the fight in one of two (or both) ways:
-Make a donation to my CF Cycle Fundraising campaign today! Even a small donation of $10 can make a big difference

-Register to ride with Team Cats 2 and help raise funds, you can ride with us or wherever you want.

CF Cycle for Life is a unique event that empowers me, along with other cyclists across the nation to take action and demonstrate their fight to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis. Consider joining our Team Cats 2 for a ride on Saturday October 12, 2024.

Please help me reach my fundraising goal and donate an amount that is meaningful to you! Thank you for your support, together we can make a difference and help make CF stand for CURE FOUND!

Need more info? email: GoTeamCats@gmail.com

All donations to Team Cats2 members go directly to the cystic fibrosis foundation.

We believe that a cure will be found.

Grateful,

Ellen

Cystic fibrosis is a rare, genetic disease found in about 30,000 people in the U.S. causing persistent lung infections and limiting the ability to breath over time. Those living with this disease are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends, and co-workers --all struggling each day just to breathe and live normal, healthy lives.

Sixty years ago, most children with cystic fibrosis did not live long enough to attend elementary school, but thanks to Foundation-based research and care, many people with CF are living into their fifties. Because of tremendous advancements in research, treatments, and care from support of countless donors, many people with CF are living long enough to realize their dreams of attending college, pursuing careers, getting married, and having kids.
