There are 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, friends and co-workers who struggle every day just to breathe. We ride for all of them... we ride for BOBBY! There are so many genetic mutations of CF, and there have been new improvements discovered recently for so many of those mutations. The research is amazing! It's inspiring to see other CF patients benefitting from these advances.

When participating in these events, you see so many mothers and fathers riding and participating for the well being of their children who have CF. Bobby is one of the few adults there who is a father, and is participating for his OWN health, so his daughter can have her dad around for many many years! Our fundraising will help make it so that there are lots more adults like Bobby out there, who, despite this disease, have been healthy enough to get married, maintain full time careers, and have families. Bobby's family didn't know this would be his future, but it is! Bobby is determined (stubborn?!), resilient and strong.
