Hi Everyone,

Time for the "CF Cycle For Life" bike ride.  It’s on October 5th this year.  I hope you will support me again for 2024.  Thank you for your continued generous support.

Many have  already supported Deb and other team "Knothead" riders.  Thank you!  It is the 27th anniversary of the ride and Debs has ridden all 27 years. “Go Deb!”

It has been 9 years, 8 moths now since my double lung transplant. I am doing well.  Rolling with the punches.

Join the team, "Team Knothead".  You can ride with us or be a virtual rider.  Anytime, we’d love to have you on the team.  If its not this year maybe next.
