Time for the "CF Cycle For Life" bike ride. Its on September 30th this year. I hope you will support me again this year. Thank you for your continued generous support.
Many of you have already supported Deb and other team "Knothead" riders. Thank you! It is the 26th anniversary of the ride and Debs has ridden all 26 years. Woohoo!
It has been 8 years, 7 moths since my double lung transplant. I am doing well.
Join our team, "Team Knotheads". You can ride with us or be a virtual rider. Anytime, wed love to have you on the team. If its not this year maybe next or even the year after that.
