Welcome to my Page

This year marks the 13th year that I am cycling to honor the memory of my lifelong friend Richard Bjork, who passed away in 2011 due to complications from CF.  Richard was a remarkable, giving man and dear friend whose spirit has taken residence and travels with me.  Please join me in helping support finding better treatments and one day a cure for CF.  I greatly appreciate any time you spend learning more about CF and any help you may give in supporting me in this endeavor.

There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends and co-workers who struggle every day just to breathe. I ride for them and hope you will support me in my efforts.

Real progress has been made in the search for a cure, but the lives of people with CF are still cut far too short. There still is no cure for this devastating disease.
