IMPORTANT NOTE: To protect the health and well-being of the cystic fibrosis community and CF Foundation staff during the COVID-19 outbreak, the cystic fibrosis community is finding new ways to come together through virtual experiences. While we will not be together in person, we can be together in spirit and participate virtually - showing the strength of our community and passion to find a cure for all people living with cystic fibrosis.

Welcome to my Page

  • Jillian - 1 month old
  • Jillian -2018 my house

There are approximately 30,000 people living in the United States with cystic fibrosis. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends and co-workers who struggle every day just to breathe. I ride for them, and hope that you will support me in my efforts.

For those of you that are not 100% sure what Cystic fibrosis is...it is a progressive, genetic disease that causes persistent lung infections and limits the ability to breathe over time. In people with CF, a defective gene causes a thick, buildup of mucus in the lungs, pancreas and other organs.

It is NOT contagious!
There is no cure...yet!

I am riding with my team (come join us) for my niece, Jillian.  She was born on May 11, 2016 with this disease.  Henceforth why we are part of Jillian's Journey.  The entire Cudemo/Leccese/McCarthy clan will come together to help our baby girl in her amazing journey and her fight is our fight.

CF Cycle for Life is a unique event that empowers cyclists to take action and demonstrate their fight in finding a cure for cystic fibrosis in a tangible, yet emotional way.

Help me reach my fundraising goal!
