Thank you for visiting Amelia's Angels and Penelope's Peeps!!!!!

Amelia and Penelope are Sisters who live near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  They both have Cystic Fibrosis (or CF for short).  CF is a terminal chronic genetic disease that affects their entire body.  It's known mostly as being a lung disease because as a result of the genetic disorder, the lungs become scarred and eventually fail.  But CF affects every major organ in the body!  These girls deal with constand hospitalizations and treatments.  

Since Amelia was born the life expectancy has basically doubled!!!!  CFF is a great organization that makes sure over 90 cents of every dollar goes directly towards research.  By donating to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (and this bike ride) you are funding a cure!  Huge breakthroughs have happened for my daughters in the last 2 years.  Amelia and Penelope have been on Trikafta (a life extending drug funded by private donations) and it is making a HUGE difference!!!
