About Our CF Cycle for Life

Every CF Cycle for Life participant is committed to helping advance a cure for cystic fibrosis. By joining us at CF Cycle for Life you can help us reach this lifesaving goal.

NEW this year, you can choose from 2 cycling events to participate in. Select which ride you want to participate in when you register:  Kennewick in May or Woodinville in September, or you can do both rides!

Kiwanis Club’s Inland Empire Century – Saturday, May 11, 2024
Camp Kiwanis, Kennewick, WA

Routes showcase the Columbia and Yakima rivers through parks and over bridges. Ride options are from an easy 25 miles to challenging 50, 75 or 100 mile tours. All routes showcase the scenic beauty of the lower Columbia River and Yakima valleys with their vineyards, wheat fields, and fruit orchards.

Cascade Bicycle Club’s Woodinville Wine Ride – Sunday, September 8, 2024
Black Raven Brewing, Woodinville, WA

This is a 20-mile route with minimal climbing. Casual bikers are encouraged to join!  Stops include: Black Raven Brewing, L'Ecole No. 41, Montinore Estate and Cougar Crest Winery.  Route support, souvenir, three drink tickets, hearty snacks at the finish line, lunch at Black Raven and a CFF Cycle T-Shirt included!

For both rides:
Registration: Free
Required Fundraising Minimum: $165

NOTE: Please register on our website and get access to your fundraising page and tools. Once you reach the $165 fundraising minimum, we will send you a registration code for the ride of your choice.


Important Things to Remember:

  • Helmets are required for ALL riders.

How to Participate:

1.     Register:  Register to participate by clicking one of the blue buttons at the top of this page: “Start or Renew a Team,” “Join a Team,” or “Register as an Individual”. Do not register for the Inland Empire Century Ride or Woodinville Wine Ride yet! Once you are registered for the CF Cycle for Life and raise $165, you will receive an email with your code to register for the ride of your choice. DO NOT REGISTER WITHOUT THIS CODE. We will not be able to refund your registration fee.

2.     Fundraise! Fundraising is easier than ever before. You can use the participant center, the Fight CF mobile app, or fundraise on Facebook to reach your goal. You can also create a passion fundraising event, or see if your employer has a matching gift program.

a.     Fundraising minimum:  Raise $165 to earn a complimentary entry for the Inland Empire Century or Woodinville Wine Ride. You can also earn a CFF T-Shirt for Raising $100 and a 2024 CF Cycle Jersey for raising $650 or more. Check out all of our fundraising rewards here

3.     Recruit: Encourage your family, friends, and colleagues to join you.

Please note: The CF Foundation is a charity participant in the Inland Empire Century with Tri-Cities Industry Kiwanis Club and the Woodinville Wine Ride with Cascade Cycling Club. Registration for these events must be completed through an external third-party website linked above. Neither the Inland Empire Century, Woodinville Wine Ride nor the websites are managed by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Please contact Tri-Cities Industry Kiwanis Club or Cascade Cycle Club for information regarding event specifics and consult their privacy policy regarding their privacy practices.

Share your story: Life with cystic fibrosis is different for every person living with the disease. Share your story to help others understand the realities of life with CF and why your participation in CF Cycle for Life is important.
