Tri-Cities CF Cycle for Life 2020

IMPORTANT NOTE: To protect the health and well-being of the cystic fibrosis community and CF Foundation staff during the COVID-19 outbreak, the cystic fibrosis community is finding new ways to come together through virtual experiences. While we will not be together in person, we can be together in spirit and participate virtually - showing the strength of our community and passion to find a cure for all people living with cystic fibrosis.

How do I participate?
Register to Participate Virtually. Help us stay the course and advance our mission in an uncertain time. Create your own at-home event by hopping on your bike, going for a hike, dancing with your family or any other activity that brings you joy! Join us on Strava to track your activity so we can all participate together, even though this year we will have to be apart. We are excited to showcase the strength of our community and passion to find a cure for all people living with cystic fibrosis.

Recruit.
Recruit others to participate with you (at a safe distance or even from another state). Now that
we are virtual, you can participate anywhere!

Fundraise.
Fundraise online by leveraging the tools in the Participant Center, the mobile app, and
Fundraise on Facebook to reach your goal. Create a virtual passion fundraising event by developing a fundraising event through your favorite hobby, activity, or passion.

Share your Journey.
Wear your CF Foundation branded apparel or custom team t-shirt and share how you’re participating on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Make sure to tag the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (@CF_Foundation) and our chapter (@CF_Washington) and use the hashtags: #65RosesChallenge and #Together65 to keep the energy and momentum going strong!

Celebrate!
We want to celebrate you and your participation! Join us for our closing ceremony Monday, October 5th on Facebook Live.
