Oregon CF Cycle for Life 2020 Virtual Event

To protect the health and well-being of the cystic fibrosis community during the COVID-19 outbreak, the in-person Cycle for Life - Oregon scheduled to take place July 18, 2020 at Lady Hill Winery is transitioning to virtual. Please stay tuned for details and be sure to join our Facebook Group to stay connected and in the know!

While we recognize this is disappointing, our staff and Volunteer Leadership Team are busy planning a virtual cycling event to continue to raise awareness and funds for cystic fibrosis, because even amidst this global crisis, our mission to find a cure for CF still moves forward

About CF Cycle for Life

Looking for something to do while you practice social distancing? Here’s a few steps you can take now to show your support and connect with your local community.

1. Stay Active. Recruit your family members and quarantine friends to join. Go for a ride around the neighborhood, hop on your trainer, or just get out and move.

2. Send Us Your Photos and Videos. Create a short video about Why You Ride! Send us your photos or videos from Cycle for Life Events that you have participated in over the past 10 years, and how you are still riding now so that we can share them and stay connected.

3. Show Others You Care. Share how you’re participating by posting a selfie on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (while wearing your CFF jersey or team apparel). Make sure to tag us at @cff_oregon and use our hashtag, #cycleforlife2020 to keep the energy and momentum going strong!

4. Fundraise. Our top priority is engaging our community and your safety. However, the fundraising platform is available by leveraging the tools in the Cycle for Life Participant Center, the mobile app, and Fundraise on Facebook.

Be sure to join our CF Cycle for Life – Oregon Group on Facebook for ride updates and announcements, and LIKE our CFF Oregon Chapter page on Facebook for Foundation news.

Participant Categories: All participant types have no registration fee for our Virtual Cycle, and no required fundraising minimum. Fundraising is encouraged!

Please contact Allison Bailey at ambailey@cff.org with any questions or concerns. This page will be updated as we finalize more details for the Virtual CF Cycle for Life. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this transition to a virtual event.

Riders ages 16 and up may participate.

Bike helmets are required to ride.
