Dear Family and Friends,

This would have been my 22nd ride in the CFF Seacoast Safari, but unfortunately during Memorial Day weekend, I suffered a terrible bicycle accident.  After emergency spinal surgery and a week in the hospital, I returned home to recuperate with many other broken bones mending on their own.  I ride with a group of friends called the Chain Gang, who I've met over the years and have bonded due this event.  They will continue to ride with me cheering them on.

I still want to raise awareness of Cystic Fibrosis and, hopefully, with your help raising funds to support the important work of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The CFF has helped bring life saving treatments to people with CF around the globe. Thank you all for your continue support all these years.
