Our CF Climb Story
Join Our CF Climb Team: Climb for a Cure!
Our CF Climb team is united by a dream: that one day, every person with cystic fibrosis will have the chance to live a long, healthy life. You can help us make that dream a reality!
Nearly 40,000 people in the United States live with cystic fibrosis (CF), a progressive, genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. These individuals are our moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, and friends, all facing the daunting prospect of a shortened lifespan. We climb for all of them and, most importantly, for Vivian.
Vivian, or Vivi, is almost 9 going on 16. She loves karate, can hang with the best at Water World, and enjoys creating amazing art pieces and jewelry for her loved ones. Vivi is a wonderful kid, and we believe that with your support, there can be a cure in her lifetime.
The CF Foundation, working alongside the CF community, has helped develop more than a dozen treatments, adding decades to the lives of those with CF. However, many people with CF still do not benefit from existing therapies. Our vision is a cure for every person with cystic fibrosis – a life free from the burden of this disease – and we will not leave anyone behind.
Join our team as we climb for all those living with CF. To become a member, click the "Join this team" button. You can then donate and start fundraising. Alternatively, you can support the team by donating to a member. By doing this, you have the opportunity to be part of ending this disease in your lifetime. Please consider joining us and help make medical history.
As a member of our team, you are joining a growing community of people committed to finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. Together, we can make CF stand for Cure Found.
Thank you for your support!
