My CF Climb Story
Nearly 40,000 people in the United States have cystic fibrosis: a progressive, genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, and friends who face the frightening prospect of a shortened lifespan.
I was diagnosed with CF as a newborn. While I do face many challenges in my life because of CF I have been healthier than most and often live symptom free. It is because of researchers, doctors, nurses, donators and anyone involved in the CF Foundation that I am able to live the way I do. I want to give back to the community that has allowed me to live such a healthy life, in hopes that others might be as supported and fortunate as I am.
By supporting my fundraising goal, you have an opportunity in your lifetime to be part of finding a cure for this disease. Please consider joining us to help make medical history.
