Sammy's Steppers

  Anyone who has met Sam knows that he is the silliest, spunkiest, brightest person in every room he walks into. His personality is HUGE! He loves to sing, dance and of course play video games. He is ridiculously smart and loves his school so much. At first glance, Sam looks like he is your average, crazy 12 year old boy. What you don't see is all that goes into making it possible for him to be that way. He takes over 600 pills a month and spends roughly an hour a day doing treatments at home. Sam was diagnosed with CF when he was three weeks old. He has been a total rockstar ever since! 

  Cystic Fibrosis is a progressive, genetic disease that causes persistent lung infections and limits the ability to breathe over time. Many people with CF can expect to live healthy, fulfilling lives into their 30s, 40s, and beyond. THERE IS NO CURE FOR CF!!! Thankfully, there are some amazing medications out there, but still no cure. This is why we advocate. This is why we walk. This is why we fundraise. Every single person battling this disease deserves a cure.
