Wendy's Walkers is a team that was created in honor of Wendy by her parents when she was just a tiny, little human... not that that has changed! Over the years, the team has grown and seen many faces join in the fundraising efforts.
Wendy remembers going door-to-door in her neighborhood, hosting penny wars in grade school, and watching her mom send out newsletters to friends & family about her health. Now that Wendy is an adult, she has gathered her friends & family to continue the efforts that her parents started so many years ago. Fundraising has become a yearly passion of not only Wendy's, but those who are closest to her. So please...
Join our team or make a donation and help add tomorrows! This year we are trying to achieve an all-time Wendy's Walkers fundraising record of $5,000. This is almost double our fundraising total as a team last year, so any and all help is greatly appreciated!
There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends and co-workers who struggle every day just to breathe. We walk for them. Will you join us? All we need you to do to become a member of our team is click on the "Join our Team" button. From there you can make a donation and start your fundraising. Or you can click on the "Donate to a Team Member" button to make a tax-deductible donation and be a part of our team in spirit.
By becoming a member of our team and/or making a donation, you are joining a growing group of people committed to finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. Together, we are adding tomorrows to the lives of people living with CF by supporting the search for a cure.
Great Strides is a fun, family-friendly event that raises awareness and support for people with CF and their families.
