Team Luke

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Great Strides walk has meant many things to our family. It has been a source of hope, encouragement, motivation, and celebration.

We did our first great strides a year after Luke was born in 2017, and it gave us hope to be with all of the other great families going through the same battle. To hear their stories and see CF fighters doing well encouraged us that Luke is going to have a long fulfilling life. Daily Breathing treatments and various medications will be part of Luke’s life but not define it. 

We are so thankful to our family and friends that have continued to support this cause with us since 2017. To those that have joined our team, raised money, donated, and celebrated how far we have come by joining us at Great Strides, it means everything to us. We look forward to getting together again this year!

A CF dad once told me that there is only so much one person can do. But when you bring an army of people together, the possibilities of what you can achieve are endless.
