It’s time to join the Mucus Marauders in supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation!
The Mucus Marauders will be participating in the Great Strides Walk again this year and we are hoping to raise at least $1,000 to contribute to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. If you would like to join us in our efforts to assist this amazing organization we would be extremely grateful.
As always, we appreciate your support and we wish you and your families the best!

Thank you for supporting Great Strides! Together, we can make a difference and “add tomorrows” to the lives of those with CF.

Abby Update: Abby is amazing! She started kindergarten last week and is loving it! Abby has been working hard to learn sign language and the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and is making great progress. She loves going to the beach, swimming and digging in the dirt. She is totally an outdoor girl! We are so grateful that Abby continues to be in good health thanks to her medications and daily treatments. Incredible progress has been made recently with medications to treat Cystic Fibrosis. Although, the medications developed so far aren’t designed for Abby’s CF mutation combination, we have high hopes that a medication that will help her is coming soon.a member of our team is click on the
Important note on Attendance at Foundation Events:
Infections can exacerbate CF symptoms and worsen lung function, so we ask attendees at Foundation-sponsored events to observe the following best practices to reduce the risk of germ transmission:
Regularly wash hands with soap and water or with an alcohol-based hand gel.
Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your inner elbow.
Maintain a safe 6-foot distance from anyone with a cold or infection.
To further reduce the risk of cross-infection, the Foundation’s attendance policy recommends that all people with CF maintain a safe 6-foot distance from each other at all times while attending an outdoor Foundation-sponsored event. All Great Strides walks are non-smoking events.
