OH YEA!
You know it!
It is that time of the year again!
We "Harley's Crew" are back here once again raising money and awareness. We would love to tell you different, but there still is not a cure for Cystic Fibrosis! Which means our fundraising is just as important as it has ever been! What we can tell you, is that each year because of people like you because of your donations and helping raise awareness about CF that advancements have been made in the treatment of Cystic Fibrosis. Yet, sadly even with the improvement in the quality of life and new medicines to treat CF, we are still losing lives daily to CF here in the US and around the world.
To sum it up....we are here to raise money, to remind everyone until there is a cure every cent raised to fight this disease and find a cure is IMPORTANT! Harley's Crew has been doing this going on 11 years now. We know EVERY donation brings us closer to finding a cure. That EVERY donation helps the researchers find new ways to improve the quality of life and the life span of those with CF until that cure is found. We also know that until a cure is found that we are losing precious lives to this disease. The truth is there are only so many ways to say how EVERY donation you and others make is important and we proabaly have said most of them at some point.....but our goal is a cure and we will continue to remind people how important their help is. Finding a cure for CF is why we stride, we fundraise, we talk and share what ever we can to get you and others like you to help fund the research for a cure, not only for our "Harley" but for all those with Cystic Fibrosis.
Now this is where we ask:
Would you please help Harley and all those like her who fight this disease daily by making a donation today? Please know that evey donation no matter the size helps and that we are so very thankful for all donations!!

Important note on Attendance at Foundation Events:
Infections can exacerbate CF symptoms and worsen lung function, so we ask attendees at Foundation-sponsored events to observe the following best practices to reduce the risk of germ transmission:
To further reduce the risk of cross-infection, the Foundation’s attendance policy recommends that all people with CF maintain a safe 6-foot distance from each other at all times while attending an outdoor Foundation-sponsored event. All Great Strides walks are non-smoking events.
