About CF Cycle for Life
Cycle for Life is a nationwide, one-day bicycle event where riders turn their passion for cycling into a fight against cystic fibrosis. Get your wheels in motion for the 8th annual Cycle for Life!
Cyclists have the choice of several route lengths. They get top notch treatment with well-marked routes, themed rest stops, SAG vehicles, Harley Davidson HOG escorts and mobile mechanics. Riders on the 47-mile and 65-mile routes can take the (optional) Weber Canyon Challenge. It is a 14-mile detour with 975 ft of climbing in 7 miles, then descends over beautiful Badger Canyon returning to the canyon floor. At 42-miles riders will have the option to return to start location for final trip of 47 miles; or continue and be joined by the 23-mile participants on the Sacajawea Heritage Trail.
All routes start and end at the Reach Museum for a post-ride Pedal Party on the green grass where lunch and ice-cold beverages are provided for cyclists and volunteers. Friends and family are welcome to join in the celebration and can purchase lunch by contacting the CFF prior to August 1st.
