Welcome to my Page
Since the early 2000's, I have known that there is a man named Brian Nock living in Nashville. It was evident (through LinkedIn) that he worked at the American Heart Association and then moved to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as the Executive Director. We first connected in October 2012 and have since met up for lunch. To my knowledge, Brian C Nock and Brian F Nock are unrelated.
Though I am not immediately aware of any family members or friends affected by CF, I rode in the 2015 Cycle For Life, rode solo on 9/11/2016 (out of town for the main ride on 9/17/2016), rode in the 2017 Cycle For Life, and will be riding solo on Saturday, 9/22/2018 (out of town for the main ride on 9/29/2018). If you know anyone that I can ride for or would like to donate, please reach out.
People I ride for (please share your connections!):
- Kyle, friend of Jessica
- Amy and Jason, cousins of Meghan
- Boomer, friend of Julia
There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends and co-workers who struggle every day just to breathe. I ride for them and hope you will support me in my efforts.
Real progress has been made in the search for a cure, but the lives of people with CF are still cut far too short. There still is no cure for this devastating disease. By cycling, I am helping add tomorrows to the lives of people living with cystic fibrosis. Will you join me? Support me by making a donation to my CF Cycle for Life fundraising campaign today!
The CF Cycle for Life is a unique event that empowers cyclists to take action and demonstrate their fight in finding a cure for cystic fibrosis in a tangible, emotional and powerful way.
Please support me!
Help me reach my fundraising goal! I will match all donations through the end of the ride (roughly 2 p.m. CT on 9/22/2017).
