My CF Climb Story
I climb for my husband Scott who had CF. He passed away in 2009, less than two weeks after his 37th birthday. Scott had a relatively long life - but it was not nearly long enough. During his life, and even in our 12 years together, we saw advances in CF treatment and patient life expectancy. Progress or not, 37 is too young. We can do better.
There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. Real progress has been made in the search for a cure, but the lives of people with CF are still cut far too short. There still is no cure for this devastating disease.
By participating in CF Climb, I am helping add tomorrows to the lives of people living with cystic fibrosis. Will you join me? Support me by making a donation to my CF Climb fundraising campaign today!
